BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – On Tuesday, UVM is hosting an event to look back at the Vietnam War.
Former Vermont senator Patrick Leahy was heavily involved in the end of American involvement in the conflict in Southeast Asia.
Tuesday and Wednesday, speakers will discuss everything from the experience of soldiers on the ground to the relationship between the US and Vietnam now.
The forum kicks off Tuesday evening.
