BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – On Wednesday, a process that can take months is getting a kick start in our region to make sure you can make your next flight.
The Vermont Passport Agency is hosting a passport acceptance event as part of the Department of State Passport Month.
The event from 9 to 11 a.m. offers people a way to apply for or renew their passports ahead of international travel.
No same-day service will be offered at the event, but attendees can choose between regular delivery in 6 to 8 weeks or expedited delivery in 2 to 3 weeks.
You do have to sign up to attend.
