BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – If you hope to get in on muzzleloader season, antlerless deer permit applications are due on Wednesday.
The Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department will have applications on its website until midnight.
Muzzleloader seasons run from Oct. 31 through Nov. 3, with a second season from Dec. 7 to Dec. 15.
Antlerless permits are available for each of Vermont’s 21 wildlife management units.
The lottery drawing of permit recipients is scheduled for Sept. 11.
