MIDDLESEX, Vt. (WCAX) – Police say a stabbing suspect is on the run after an altercation at a Vermont park and ride.
Vermont State Police say it happened on June 28 at the Middlesex Park and Ride.
They say during a fight between two men in a parked vehicle, Shannon Edwards, 39, of Montpelier, stabbed the other man with a box cutter.
Troopers say Edwards then stole money from the victim and fled the scene.
The victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries.
Edwards is described as a white man, 5′7″ with short brown hair and hazel eyes. Police say he has a tattoo of a scorpion on his left forearm and a tribal tattoo in the area of his right shoulder and neck.
