MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – Attorney General Charity Clark has a new position on the Tobacco Committee.
Attorney General Charity Clark has been appointed co-chair of the committee within the National Association of Attorneys General.
The goal of the Tobacco Committee is to lead other AGs in their efforts to defend and administer the master settlement agreement which collects and allocates settlement money from tobacco companies.
Clark has accused the vaping industry of pushing their products on young Vermonters and says she is proud to hold those companies accountable.
