MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – Lake Champlain anglers can now get hooked up with an app to keep track of what they’re reeling in.
The Lake Champlain Fish and Wildlife Management Cooperative has released a new app for anglers to record their catches.
The data collected by the Angler Diary App will be used to assess the contribution of stocked and wild fish, catch rates, fish size, and other information.
The app is specific to anglers who fish for landlocked salmon and trout species in Lake Champlain.
