WINOOSKI, Vt. (WCAX) – Winooski Police are looking to identify three suspects in the theft of a vehicle Thursday morning.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. in Winooski.
Police say the suspects are also believed to have been involved in an attempted fraud that occurred in Williston shortly afterward.
