BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Driving around the region, you have likely seen red-tailed hawks perched on a tree or telephone pole or even patrolling the skies.
Red-tailed hawks are one of the most common raptors in North America, successful in environments as different as the boreal forests to the Great Plains to tropical jungles.
